  I'm happy the gross bed bugs are gone. But I am LIVID at the fact I specifically told them NOT to heat treat certain items for my own comfort and for the fact there were other ways to get rid of them IF there were bed bugs present! They not only opened a stuffed animal that was SEALED for 20 years and moved it around, but also heated flowers from a wedding and RUINED the bouquet by making them fall off. They also didn't seem to really pay attention as to when I said there was wax because now there's a TON of wax all over the top of my totes lid! When they tell you to place boxes by the door and they'll inspect the items, which in the list I was given, it states the items by the door are NOT to be heat treated!! Well guess what, they did it anyway and a lot of my stuff got ruined!! I'm so mad, do NOT go through this company considering they do not even listen to your request of not heat treating items you tell them not to!! And seem to ruin family looms that were passed down by my great, great aunt!
