  I went in to get Valentine's gift and had a good idea of what I wanted. The owner immediately introduced himself and asked if he could help me. I described what I had in mind, and he pulled out a few items for me to look at. One piece was perfect, except that it was above my price range, but I decided to get it anyway. As he is ringing it up, he drops the price to fit my budget (about a 15% discount). He just says he hopes she likes it and shakes my hand as I leave. A few weeks ago, I went to them to get an old necklace of mine repaired and cleaned. When I picked it up a few days later, the owner noticed me from his office and came out to talk to me. He remembered me by name and asked how things were going. Wonderful experience.
