  We just left the salon. My 17 year old son got a haircut. We came in with a basic photo....the trendy men's haircut. Long on the top and buzz on the sides.his hair was over 3 inches long on top and I asked her to keep the length. When he came out it was terrible! She cut the top to about an inch and buzzed the sides with no blending. On top of it all, it was $21! Ridiculous! That will be his first and last cut there

  I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after I got done working. When I got there the girl working at the desk was helping another customer, and so I proceeded to sit on one of the chairs and patiently wait my turn. There were at least four employees that all walked by me as I sat there in the chair waiting, one of whom I'm fairly certain was the manager of the salon. Not a single one of them so much as look in my direction much less said a word to me. Finally the girl working at the desk wrapped up her conversation, and the previous customer proceeded to leave the store. I continue to sit on the chair while the girl was entering a couple of things into the computer figuring that as soon as she was done she would ask me how she could help me. However, she continued to ignore me. Just as I stood up to say something to the girl the phone at the salon rang. The girl proceeded to answer it and book an appointment for 10 minutes later. After the girl hung up, I asked whether or not there was anybody that could cut my hair, I was then told that they had no more appointments open for the day and that I would have to come back at another time. When I confronted the girl and asked her whether the phone call that she had just taken was an appointment for that day, she proceeded to tell me that yes it was and that that was the last appointment that they were going to be able to do for the day. Flabbergasted, I looked at her and I said I have been sitting here for the past 15 minutes well before the phone rang and she just stared at me with this dumbfounded look on her face and didn't say a word. I understand mistakes happen, however she did not so much as even offer an apology. I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed in a business before in my entire life. Which is saying a lot ,considering that I am fully tattooed and used to encountering judgemental people every day. If I had the ability to give negative amount of stars I would . I will never step foot in that place ever again and I will tell everybody that I see what an absolutely rude and disrespectful horrible place that is!
